5 Wrestlers who should have defeated Undertaker at Wrestlemania

The Undertaker had an outstanding undefeated streak at WrestleMania. He won 21 matches without losing a single one. Undertaker defeated some of the best wrestlers of various eras at WrestleMania. Fianlly, it was Brock Lesnar, who defeated him to conquer his undefeated streak. Also, Roman Reigns defeated the Undertaker at WrestleMania 33, and, became the second person ever to defeat the Undertaker over a span of 26 years.

However, there were many more better competitors who should have defeated the Undertaker. Unlike Lesnar and Reigns, thier victory would have not generated much flak. Here are five such WWE Superstars, who should have defeated Undertaker instead of Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns.

5. John Cena

John Cena faced the Undertaker at WrestleMania 34, and, suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of the 'dead man'. The match was poorly booked, and, sadly didn't live up to its expectations. The WWE Universe, expected Cena to nail Undertaker and secure a victory. However, this match will go down in records as one of the worst matches ever in either of their career.

Had John Cena defeated the Undertaker, it would have been a amusing. He deserved a better match, and, there are chances that it might happen so at WrestleMania 35. Let's see what the future awaits us.

4. Randy Orton

If anyone deserved the most, to defeat the Undertaker at WrestleMania, it was surely Randy Orton. Orton has the reputation of being a legend killer. He has taken down several wrestlers, and is one of the best heels to have ever been in a WWE ring. Orton competed against Undertkaker at WrestleMania 21 in a losing effort. He never got a rematch.

Randy Orton has all the other accomplishments on his resume, other than this one. Had he won the match, it would have been a cherry on the cake. The possibility of him fighting Undertaker is almost nil and therefore this would be an unfulfilled dream of the WWE Universe.

Shawn Michaels, a.k.a. Mr. WrestleMania was the ideal candidate to defeat the Undertaker at WrestleMania. Michaels was one of the best entertainers during his era. He had an outstanding track record, and, had some of the classic matches in WWE. Shawn Michales and Undertaker squared off at WrestleMania, in a title vs Streak match.

Unfortunately, Shawn Michaels lost that match and he was forced to retire. This was an emotional encounter. Had the output of the match been different, it would have made millions of fans smile across the globe.

2. Triple H

Triple H also deserved to beat the Undertaker at WrestleMania. The game had gifted us some of the classic mathces at WrestleMania. Triple H had held numerous World Championships, and has been one of the greatest of all times. Had he beat the Undertaker at WrestleMania, it would have been more heart touching than either Brock Lesnar or Roman Reigns. The feud between Undertaker and Triple H was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, and was one of the best feuds in the 21st century. Everybody expected Triple H to win the match and end the Undertaker's streak.

Kane is the Undertaker's brother (on-screen) and faced the Undertaker numerous times. At WrestleMania 20, Kane and Undertaker had a face-off at WrestleMania. Despite Kane's best efforts, he succumbed beyond a point and could not defeat the Undertaker. Everybody though, that Kane would be the person to conquer the streak. However, the Undertaker reigned supreme and defeated him. Kane should have won the match and he was one of thebet superstars to have ever faced the Undertaker.
