Randy Orton is one of the best heels in the WWE. Currently, he is competing in SmackDown, and, is feuding against Rey Mysterio. He is a 13 times World Champion, and, is one of the best performers of all time. He delivers outstanding promos, and, knows how to get the best out of his opponents. He is definitely going to compete at WrestleMania 35, but his opponent has not been decided yet. Here are three best possible opponents for him at WrestleMania PPV.
3. AJ Styles
AJ Styles is often cited as the best wrestler in the world. He is known for his innovative style of wrestling and for presenting unique offensive moves. Styles and Randy Orton have competed in the past, and, have gifted the WWE Universe wonderful competitions. They knows each other inside out. Therefore, a match between AJ Styles and Randy Orton at WrestleMania should be a good idea.
Both of them are former WWE and US Champions. They have headlined PPVs and also did main-event several shows. A match between the duo at WrestleMania should be a a good fight and would be damn entertaining to the WWE Universe. We have to wait and see if WWE books this match or not.
2. Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio is recognized by the WWE as the greatest underdog of all time. He knows to get the best out of his opponents, and, is an excellent in-ring performer. He can fly high and basically do anything mortal to convert an ordinary match into a dream contest. Mysterio has battled Randy Orton and Kurt Angle at WrestleMania 2006 in the main event for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Similarly, this year, the can face each other at WrestleMania. Their ongoing rivalry is thoroughly enjoyed by the fans and people would love to see them beat the hell out of each other at WrestleMania. The creative team of WWE along with its management is promoting the rivalry perfectly, and, we might see them fight at WrestleMania.
1. John Cena
John Cena has stated that he shall only be competing at PPVs and would not be performing at house shows. Therefore, he is likely to compete at WrestleMania 35. Therefore, it would be an excellent idea, to make Cena square off against Randy Orton. They have had wars previously between them and had done everything to incapacitate one another.
This year, at WrestleMania, if they face each other, it would be a wonderful competition. The WWE Universe would crave to see them fight each other one last time, before either of them decides to hang up their boots.
