WWE over the year have witnessed several moves which are highly innovative and risk taking. One such move is the frog-splash, which is in practice for a long span of time. The specialty of this move is that, it can be performed by both heavyweight as well as by cruiser-weight wrestlers(though mostly cruiser-weights perform it). Wrestlers like Rob Van Dam, Rey Mysterio and several other used it as their finishing moves.

To perform this move, one needs to climb the turnbuckle and have to jump in a fashion similar to a frog. The feet and hands needs to be inward before landing. The wrestler falls on his opponents chests and blows the air out of his lungs. This move is very dangerous and slight mistake can cause the player itself who is delivering it.

Below, we present you five such vicious frog splashes which helped the players to gain momentum and achieve victory. These five frog splashes have made an everlasting impression.

5. Seth Rollins to Miz

Earlier this year, on the 26th February episode of Monday Night RAW, the king-slayer- Set Rollins, faced the A-lister Miz in a non-title match. It was a high voltage match, as both these players are extremely talented.

After a ruthless brawl, Rollins slayed Miz on the mat and decided to deliver a frog splash. Rollins climbed the turnbuckle and delivered a frog splash upon the Miz who was almost at the other corner of the ring. It was unbelievable on the part of Rollins and thus he deserves number 5 on the list.

4. Eddie Guerrero to Brock Lesnar- No Way Out-2004

Late Eddie Guerrero was one of WWE's most beloved players. He could do the unbelivable in a blink of an eye. He did the same in this match, when he faced Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. Lesnar had the size advantage over Guerrero, however Eddie used his skills and tactics to his advantage.

The match lasted for more than 30 minutes. In the end, Guerrero used his famous cheating techniques and pulled a frog splash upon Lesnar out of nowhere. It helped him to win the WWE title and carve his name in history.

Eddie Guerrero occupies the number one position again on our list. He did the unbelievable against JBL in a Steel Cage match on SmackDown. Both these players were having a long feud and they took their rivalry to next level by deciding to face one another in a steel cage match.

JBL was trying to escape the cage for victory, when Guerrero caught him and nailed him to the ground. He climbed to the top of the cage, and from there, put his life at stake and delivered a life threatening Frog Splash upon JBL.
