Weight loss

You need to eat!!! Starving your self makes you gain more weight because your body eats the fat that it has in store and then makes more fat. Eat a small meal in the morning around like 8am then 11am have as snack like an apple or 7 to 10 carrots. Have lunch at 2 again a small meal like a peace of chicken or a cup of salad. Then at 5pm have another snack. At 7pm have dinner still not that big of a plate but enough to not be starving. If your not hungry any more then DON'T eat!! If you do it will store fat! Go to bed at 9pm or 9:30pm the latest.
