Derrick Rose And Stephen Curry Leading in All-Star Votes

This NBA season has been an amazing one for Derrick Rose. He has had a 50 point game, has looked great on the court and is now leading guards in the All-Star Vote. He will be starting alongside Stephen Curry if the votes stay the same.

And they will stay the same as they are now. Rose has had a great year and fans are happy for him. They want him to play in the All-Star game and rightfully so. Rose is averaging 18.9 points per game and carrying the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The most amazing stat from rose this season is his three point percentage. He is shooting over 46 percent from three. Curry is shooting only 45 percent from the three ball. To be fair, Curry shoots a lot more threes but it is still amazing that Rose has turned into a lethal three ball shooter.

What also is amazing is the fact that Rose doesn't start. He comes off the bench and is likely to win the 6th man of the year award. If he wins the 6th man of the year award and makes the All-Star game, that would be an amazing feat.

Rose was the youngest MVP and he is still adding accolades late in his career. This is why we watch basketball. To see a player rise from the ashes and reach his former glory and pass it in other ways.
